STATIC PROJECTING

Static Project; All floor plans including the basement, roof plans, their sections, details and calculations, prepared by civil engineers in accordance with the architectural project, the scales of which are determined according to the size and characteristics of the building, and showing the carrier systems according to the types of reinforced concrete, masonry, steel and similar structures. In these calculations, in determining the physical parameters of the ground, soil-foundation-structure interaction and foundation design, the standards including engineering services and the “Principles on Preparation of Soil and Foundation Study Reports” published by the Ministry are followed. Civil Engineers express floor plans in the direction it faces upwards by cutting it from the slab.

The static project is prepared by the static project companies that have a certificate of authority from the Chamber of Civil Engineers. It is necessary for architectural, static, mechanical and electrical projects to be prepared and approved by the relevant municipality in order to obtain a building license under the coordination of the architect.
